ARCH
ASSISTING RETURNING CITIZENS with HOPE
Jimmy Cantrell, ARCH Program Director
Donna Lear, Assitant
The ARCH Program aids individuals transitioning from Jail, prison or within the judicial process by providing needed resources in an attempt to reduce recidivism and overcrowding of jail populations.
While working with Prosecutors, Judges and the Individual themselves, ARCH attempts to prevent future criminal activity and promote rehabilitation among certain offenders by diverting them from traditional processing into community supervision and services, including as appropriate, employment, housing, counseling and mental health and substance abuse treatment.
ARCH opened its office to begin assisting the citizens of Ohio County Kentucky October 1st 2021. On its anniversary of 1 year the office had aided 218 individuals and families with 937 resources.
